the breakfast included a good variety of fresh foods. check-out was effortless too. the entire front desk thanked us for our stay and wished us a good vacation. it was an excellent experience.

i didn't find tea and coffee facilities in the room. to get a morning coffee, i had to go down to a vending machine in reception and bring it back. the bathroom was large, but the frosted glass door leading into it wasn't cleaned at the bottom.

The reception staff offered options for places to eat. They also helped us with directions to get around town. Breakfast included many choices for all diets. The rooms and general facilities were clean. Coffee was available while we waited for our room. The location proved convenient, I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. The beds were surprisingly comfortable .

My room faced the street. I could hear some noise from the trams passing by, especially early in the morning. They began operating quite early, slightly disruptive. it was not a major disturbance. I still had a restful stay overall.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided useful information regarding local restaurants. The reception staff remembered me the following day and asked how my day had been. Their attentiveness was much appreciated.

my room was clean with a modern feel and included a dog plate, as i traveled with my jack russell. breakfast was super complete, with fresh products and options for various needs. i found that staff went out of their way to please and were very friendly.

i found it kind of ridiculous that, for a four stars hotel, there is no restaurant for dinner. access to rooms on first floor has some steps with no elevator, it was hard with bags.

I found the hotel near the station, quite close to the city center. my room was tidy. the staff members were cute and helpful, which i appreciate. breakfast offered many options. I found something i liked.
